7.30 pm           Vintage Delegates Meeting – Prince Albert Hotel
 
Day 1              Wednesday 11th April 2012
9.00 am           Grass Practice – must be on site by 12 noon
1 pm                NZPA Executive Meeting, Prince Albert Hotel
4.00 pm           Finish of Grass Practice
7.00 pm           Ice Breaker Night, Prince Albert Hotel, Victoria Plaza
                          Finger food will be served throughout the evening
 
Day 2              Thursday 12th April 2012
8.30 am           NZPA Executive Meeting, Prince Albert Hotel
8.30 am           Supporters Bus Trip, meet at Cambridge Anglican Church
8.45 am           Bus leaves Cambridge Anglican Church
9.00 am           Stubble Practice – must be on site by 12 noon
1.30 pm           Judges briefing at Case IH tent on ploughing site
4.00 pm           Finish of Stubble Practice
4.00 pm           Supporters Bus Trip returns
8.00 pm           Vintage AGM at Prince Albert Hotel

Day 3              Friday 13th April 2012
10.00 am         Rededication Church Service at the Cambridge Anglican Church,
11.00 am         Drawing of Plots, Cambridge Anglican Church Hall
11.45 am         Competitors Briefing, Cambridge Anglican Church Hall
12.30 pm         Mayoral Reception, Cambridge Anglican Church Hall
1.30 pm           NZPA AGM, Cambridge Anglican Church Hall

Day 4              Saturday 14th April 2012
Stubble Ploughing
9.20 am           Stewards briefing (all sections) at the Case IH Tent on ploughing site
10.05 am         Competitors briefing (all sections) at marshalling area
10.30 am         Competitors parade to plots with piper
10.45 am         Judges meet at Case IH Tent on ploughing site
11.20 am         Ploughing commences
11.40 am         Ploughing stops for judging of opening split
12.20 pm         Ploughing commences
3.00 pm           Ploughing finishes
3.15 pm           Competitors parade to marshalling area

Grass Ploughing
